Miley Cyrus - The Good Girl Collection
Following from Naomi's recent body of work made for The Saatchi Gallery referencing societal programming and conformity, this piece forms the first in the trilogy of the new 'Good Girl' Collection. Created exclusively for The Bad Reputation Show at the Riverside Studios in London, this piece features a portrait of Miley Cyrus who's spirit is both eclectic and rock n roll. Hopeful, optimistic and exciting - striving for a more equal and accepting world for all, it was only right that she joined Lady GaGa and Rihanna as part of The 'Good Girl' Collection; celebrating and thanking awesome women who dare to kick back, push boundaries and re-write the narrative on what a 'Good Girl' stands for in today's world.
The original is painted on wood with acrylics and spray paint and includes the text from one of Miley's quotes: "Pink isn't just an attitude, it's a colour", and some of the lyrics from 'Nothing Breaks Like a Heart'.
